RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within 10 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Please enclose a note with your return including your name and order number. The items are your responsibility until we get them we recommend keeping the proof of posting. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless faulty items). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
